Global business demands more than functional expertise. Companies operating across borders need executive leaders with a comprehensive vision for their organization and a sophisticated read on international market dynamics — leaders who can translate that understanding into strategy that actually works.

DIBA is built around that standard.


The program covers the full scope of corporate business management and administration, developing the analytical, technological, and strategic skills required to build and sustain a successful international career. The approach is practical by design: coursework is complemented by corporate meetings, company visits, a speaker series, and conferences with senior executives — giving students direct access to the professional world they're entering.


DIBA also carries meaningful credentials beyond the diploma itself. Graduates become eligible to receive the Master in International Business (MIB) from EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, extending the value of the program well beyond New York.

Outcomes

Students will acquire the skills to navigate a multi-cultural, rapidly changing corporate environment and will:

  • Acquire and use business terminology to communicate effectively.
  • Make business management decisions based on a methodical, analytical, and data-driven approach that is both ethical and socially responsible.
  • Demonstrate awareness of current business events and trends, as well as possible career paths in their field of interest.

*Upon completion of the 9 months DIBA Academic Program, students will be eligible to receive the Master in International Business from our partner EAE

  • Business Administration Program (BAP)

    The BAP offers a 3-month study experience in NYC. After the academic term, students are encouraged to apply for a 3-month academic training experience with a New York company for hands-on professional experience. Designed for Associate and Bachelor students, BAP is made of 5 core courses and provides a strong foundation in management, finance, marketing, accounting, technology, and HR. 

  • International Business Studies (IBS)

    The IBS program offers an academic experience in downtown Manhattan made up of eight elective business courses. It consists of 8 classes over the course of 2 semesters (6 months). It builds technological, managerial, and leadership skills to navigate today’s global market. After the academic term, students are encouraged to apply for a 6-month academic training experience with a New York company for hands-on professional experience.

  • Diploma in International Business Administration (DIBA)

    The Diploma in Business Administration  (DIBA) program is taught over a 9-month period (3 quarters) and includes 6 core business management courses and 8 electives chosen from our list of electives. Students gain a strong foundation in finance, marketing, management, technology, and data science while developing a global mindset essential for today’s business world. Ideal for Bachelor’s or Master’s students seeking a Study Abroad experience in Business Management. Completion of the DIBA program qualifies for an International MBA degree (awarded by EAE Spain).
