Effective management
The business landscape moves fast. Our curriculum is designed to keep pace — equipping you with current management frameworks, emerging technologies, and the decision-making skills to lead with confidence in environments that don't slow down for anyone.
Navigating change
Disruption is not the exception; it is the condition. Whether it's a market shift, an organizational restructure, or a technological overhaul, you'll develop the strategic agility to guide teams and organizations through uncertainty — and come out ahead. There is no better place to learn this than New York City, where change is the only constant.
Competing at the highest level
New York is one of the most competitive business environments on earth. That's not a warning — it's an advantage. Studying and building your professional network here means you're already operating at the standard the global market demands. Our programs train you to meet that standard and exceed it.
Program Structure and Courses
The program is taught over a 3-month period (1 quarter). It includes 4-5 business courses, chosen from our list of electives.
Outcomes
Students will acquire the skills to navigate a multi-cultural, rapidly changing corporate environment and will:
- Acquire and use business terminology to communicate effectively.
- Make business decisions based on a methodical, analytical, and data-driven approach that is both ethical and socially responsible.
- Demonstrate awareness of current business events and trends, as well as possible career paths in their field of interest.
Upon completion of Business Administration Program in 3 months, students will obtain a Certificate of Completion. They will also be able to transfer the credits for our more extensive Master Program that has a total duration of 6 more months.

"MIM will give you a chance to network with brilliant-minded individuals who will give
you a different view of taking things in. Staying and living in NYC is another story, as
each day is an adventure on its own. It is indeed true, that once you make it in NYC,
you can make it anywhere; and MIM is a great partner to jumpstart that dream.."
Julienne Manansala

"Studying at the Manhattan Institute of Management (MIM) was a truly remarkable
experience. During my program at MIM, I have not only met great people from all around the world, but I have also gained valuable knowledge in many fields of business.”
Nicholai Ozan

"MIM was perfect for me. The staff is very dedicated to each student. The professors at
MIM were also very skilled. They make sure that you like the class and get the most
out of it. The most positive aspect of this experience was that before coming at MIM, I
was extremely shy. I couldn't speak in front of people. Today, I'm much more assertive
thanks to MIM."
